PROJECT HISTORY
More than 100 design companies, consultants and contractors from all over the world participated in the implementation of the project. The American company Turner International, responsible for the building of famous facilities such as the Empire State Building and Burj Khalifa, coordinated the design and construction of the project.
The architect is the American company Skidmore, Owings & Merrill LLP (SOM), founded in 1936. Since its foundation, the company has implemented more than 10,000 projects in more than 50 countries around the world, receiving more than 800 professional awards. SOM is behind the design of projects as varied and impressive as the Burj Khalifa (Dubai), the Freedom Tower (New York), and Trump International Hotel and Tower (Chicago).
The interior design of the office center is the work of the British company, Perkins+Will.
Used to decorate the building are 56 types of natural stone brought from quarries in Italy, Spain, Belgium, Germany, China, Turkey and India.
LEED GOLD
The design and construction of the project was carried out in accordance with the green construction standards of the international LEED system.
Talan Towers is the first “green” multifunctional complex in Kazakhstan and Central Asia and officially attained the international LEED GOLD certificate for eco–friendly construction on March 15, 2018.

The unique infrastructure of TALAN TOWERS creates ideal conditions, which allows the life, work and recreation of the Nur-Sultan business community to flourish.
The TALAN TOWERS OFFICES office tower has received the official status of ‘Best A-Сlass Business Center in Kazakhstan». The area of the business center is part of the AIFC special financial zone. This gives tenants the opportunity to register as participants of the AIFC and provides a preferential tax regime with respect to income received from financial and a range of related services.
The Ritz-Carlton is the first five-star luxury hotel in Nur-Sultan. Located in the business center of the capital, the hotel has become a point of attraction for the business and cultural community and an ideal place for business events, various celebrations.
The two towers of the complex are united by the luxury shopping center Talan gallery, which features more than 140 international brands.
